My lola’s pinakbet

Ingredients:

Eggplant (talong)

Okra

Camote (sweet potato)

Sitaw (string beans)

Ampalaya (bitter melon) para sa mga bitter

Mani (peanut)

Kamatis (tomato)

Onion 

Fish (fried fish)

What to do:

1. Cut all ingredients (bite size), and put it all together in one pot. 

2. Put a bagoong (fish paste) 

3. Boil. 

4. Put the fish on top. 

5. Simmer and Serve!

6. Enjoy!!!
